All costs MUST be paid in full by June 6, 2008 for Summer Camp, Trips, and Workshops. Registrations after June 6, 2008 MUST be made by calling 215-721-1551 to set up a REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT in the SACE Office. Payment in full for any program is due with registration after June 6, 2008.

The Summer Adventure Program payment plan is divided into 3 installments for your convenience. Divide the total cost of your child's summer program into 3 equal payments and return each coupon with the payment on the due date (*A coupon must accompany a payment*). Payment is due before deadline or child will not be permitted to attend program.

  • There will be a $25 charge for check returns.
  • There will be no deductions or pro-rating due to "extenuating circumstances" such as days missed, illness, personal emergencies, vacations, oversleeping or any other event that is beyond our control.
  • In order to participate in the payment plan option, you MUST provide a valid credit card number, AND your signature although you may still pay by check.
