Community Use of Schools and Facilities

The school facilities of the Souderton Area School District are made available for community purposes, provided that such use does not interfere with the educational program, will not interfere with district programs, and will not constitute a public nuisance. Facilities will not be made available prior to 7:00a.m. or after 10:00p.m.

An application must be filled out to request the use of a school facility.

Instructions: Please print, complete in BLACK INK, and return the building use form to Renai Cardillo at the District Office either via mail to the District Office address above or fax to 215-723-8897.

Requests are reviewed by the master calendar scheduling secretary, Renai Cardillo, the building principal, and Steve Pollack, Supervisor of Planning & Operations. This approval process takes about two weeks.

Fees are charged for the use of schools in accordance with the classification of the person or agency making the request and the school and/or facility requested. Fees are also charged for custodial services, audiovisual equipment, air conditioning, and pool lifeguards or supervisors.

In the event of a scheduling conflict with school district activities, which are top priority, it may be necessary to change the location or date of your event. Every effort will be made to comply with your request.
